Standard-wise Student Performance and Statistics

1.1 Class VI

Class VI started off with the difficulty in not being able to write the basics of grammar in English. Their understanding in grammar was completely insufficient to deal with – even to satisfactorily handle the syllabus in English literature. On a scale of 1 to 5, their standard would be below 2 in Maths and English. Writing and reading skills were grossly poor as well. With a month of teaching in all subjects they have therefore faired well in most subjects barring science. The class is very responsive. Students are very keen to learn and have lot of interest to continue with the SEED program.

Average Class Performance:

The best performing students in class were – Suvasish Mondol with a total 182 marks (52%), Arindam Mondol and Nisha Bag (both securing 43%).
